Shipping Policy

Service area
We currently deliver across the United States (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). International shipping isn’t offered yet.
Processing rhythm
Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Eastern typically begin processing the same business day; most ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Estimated time in transit (after dispatch)

Standard Ground: usually 6–7 business days

Expedited: usually 4–5 business days
These windows are estimates; weather, peak seasons, remote destinations, and carrier capacity may add time.
Rates & promotions
All available carriers, methods, and costs appear at checkout. Occasionally we run free-shipping promotions details will be shown on product/cart pages.
Tracking & split shipments
We email tracking once a label is created. First carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to display. Multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes each with its own tracking number.
Address accuracy & returns to sender
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel returns undeliverable or due to an address issue, we’ll help reship and may charge a re-delivery fee.
Damage or loss in transit
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost—email support@historiclakecityauto.us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, a summary, and photos (if damaged) so we can act quickly with the carrier.
