1) Acceptance
By using Historic Lake City Auto or purchasing our products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Services.
2) Accounts & eligibility
You must be 18+ (or age of majority where you live). Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3) Orders, pricing & payments
You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for product totals, shipping, and taxes. Orders may be limited or cancelled due to availability, suspected fraud/abuse, or obvious errors; cancelled orders are refunded promptly. If a clear pricing/content mistake occurs, we may cancel and refund or ask for your direction.
4) Fitment & installation
Use our fitment tools as a helpful guide. Always confirm compatibility with manufacturer documentation, VIN-specific lookup, or a qualified mechanic before installation. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
5) Shipping, title & risk of loss
See the Shipping Policy for methods and timelines. Title and risk transfer to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Choose a secure delivery address and consider signature options when appropriate.
6) Returns & refunds
Governed by the Refund & Return Policy below.
7) Reviews & user submissions
By submitting reviews, photos, or Q&A, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Services. Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
8) Intellectual property
Except for user content, site materials belong to HISTORIC LAKE CITY AUTO, INC. or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9) Disclaimers
Except as required by law or expressly stated, Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
10) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HISTORIC LAKE CITY AUTO, INC. isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
12) Updates
We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Columbia County, Florida.
